Michael is a 22-year-old soul-singer-songwriter based in New York City. He grew up in a Bed and Breakfast in Salinas, California, where he began writing and performing songs for guests at weddings and other events held on site before moving to New York in 2011 to attend New York University. He has released 3 EP's to date, the latest being the "400" EP, titled off of the number of shows Michael has played in 2015 alone.
Essence Magazine deems her “new & next,” The Deli Magazine named her one of the “Best Emerging NYC Soul Artists in 2015,” and Okayplayer says, “she represents a sound that harkens back to an era where the sound came from a pure and honest place.”
